Services

What we do, and
how you'll know it worked.

Seven services. Each one lists what you actually receive and the single number we hold ourselves to — because "increased visibility" isn't a result.

01  /  Search

Search engine optimisation

Timeframe
3–6 months to meaningful movement

Engagement
Ongoing retainer

Most businesses rank for their own name and almost nothing else. The work is finding the searches that carry buying intent, then earning the right to appear for them.

We start with a technical pass — crawlability, page speed, internal linking, the things that quietly cap everything else. Then keyword and competitor mapping to decide what's actually winnable inside your budget. Then content and links against that map, in priority order.

  • Technical audit and fix list, prioritised by impact
  • Keyword map tied to services and locations you actually serve
  • On-page optimisation across your money pages
  • Google Business Profile and local search setup
  • Monthly link acquisition, no directories or private networks
How it's measured — Enquiries from organic search

Rankings are a leading indicator, not the goal. We report position changes, but the number we're accountable for is qualified enquiries.

02  /  AI search

AI visibility

Timeframe
Baseline in week one, movement over 2–4 months

Engagement
Standalone or bundled with SEO

A growing share of searches now end with an answer instead of a click. If ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews don't name you, that traffic never reaches your site at all.

We track how the major models answer the questions your customers ask, and whether you appear. Then we work on the inputs those models draw from — structured data, citation-worthy content, third-party mentions, and the review and directory footprint that shapes what gets repeated.

  • Baseline visibility scan across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • Prompt set built from your real customer questions
  • Schema and structured data so models can parse your pages
  • Citation and mention building on sources the models actually read
  • Monthly tracking of where you're named and where a competitor is instead
How it's measured — Share of answers that name you

We track a fixed set of prompts month over month, so the movement is comparable rather than anecdotal.

04  /  Content

Content & editorial

Timeframe
First pieces live in 3 weeks

Engagement
Per piece or monthly volume

Content only earns its keep when it answers a question someone is actually asking and reads like a person wrote it. Most agency content fails on one or both.

We build an editorial plan from search demand and from the questions your sales conversations keep repeating. Everything is written to a brief, edited properly, and published on a schedule you can hold us to.

  • Editorial calendar mapped to search demand and sales questions
  • Long-form articles and service page copy
  • Rewrites of existing pages that underperform
  • Internal linking so new work lifts old work
  • A named publishing schedule, not best efforts
How it's measured — Organic entries and assisted conversions

We track which pieces bring people in and which ones appear on the path to an enquiry, then commission more of what works.

05  /  Build

Websites that convert

Timeframe
4–8 weeks depending on scope

Engagement
Fixed project fee

A site can be beautiful and still fail, because nothing on it tells a visitor what to do next. We design for the enquiry, then make it look right.

Fast, accessible builds on platforms you can edit yourself. Clear paths to contact, forms that work on a phone, and analytics wired up from day one. You own the domain, the hosting and the site — always, including if you leave us.

  • Structure and wireframes built around enquiry paths
  • Design in your brand, responsive to mobile
  • Core Web Vitals and accessibility handled during the build
  • Analytics, conversion tracking and search console configured
  • Handover training so your team can edit it
How it's measured — Enquiry rate per visitor

We record the conversion rate before and after, so the rebuild has to justify itself in enquiries rather than opinions.

06  /  Lifecycle

Email & CRM marketing

Timeframe
First journeys live in 3–4 weeks

Engagement
Setup project, then optional monthly

Winning a new customer costs several times more than keeping an existing one. Most small businesses still have no email programme beyond an occasional newsletter sent to everyone at once.

We build the sequences that run without you: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, reactivation. Triggered by what someone actually did rather than blasted to the whole list. Built on the platform you already pay for where possible, or a straightforward one if you have nothing in place.

  • Audit of list health, deliverability and how you currently segment
  • Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back journeys
  • Segmentation on behaviour, not just age and postcode
  • Templates your team can reuse without going back to a designer
  • Authentication and deliverability setup so mail reaches inboxes
How it's measured — Revenue per subscriber

Not open rate. Apple's privacy changes made that figure close to meaningless, and any agency still reporting it as a headline is telling you something. We report revenue and enquiries traced back to the email programme.

07  /  Measure

Analytics & reporting

Timeframe
Set up in 1–2 weeks

Engagement
Setup fee, then included in any retainer

Most businesses can't say which channel produced last month's work. That makes every budget decision a guess.

We set up tracking properly once — GA4, conversion events, call tracking where it's warranted, and offline conversion imports if you close deals over the phone. Then one monthly report in plain English with what changed and what we're doing next.

  • GA4 and Search Console configured and verified
  • Conversion events for every enquiry path on the site
  • Call tracking where phone enquiries matter
  • A single dashboard you can open any time
  • One monthly report, written, no jargon
How it's measured — Attribution coverage

The measure is what proportion of your enquiries we can trace to a source. Below about 80% and the reporting isn't yet trustworthy.
